Instructions to the Candidates
You are requested to choose the following from the drop-down box.
After choosing the desired choice, submit the application and take a print out of the submitted application form.
Pay the fee as mentioned in the application form through online payment portal from our college website.
Take a print out of the receipt for the online payment and submit it along with the application form on the same day to the
Office of the Controller of Examinations.
For the request of Duplicate Semester Marksheet and Cumulative Marksheet, you should submit a copy of an FIR and
Non-Tracible Certificate (if it is lost) and attach the damaged marksheet (If its damaged) along with application and receipt for the online payment.
For the request of Change in Spelling in the Name, Date of Birth and Initial, you should submit an attested copy
of the +2 (Plus Two) Marksheet.
For the request of the Course Completion Certificate and Transcript Certificate, you should submit an attested copy
of the Cumulative Marksheet. This facility is meant for those who have completed the programe.
For the request of change of photo, give us a latest formally dressed passport size photograph taken in the
studio with white background
All complaints and requests will be resolved within THREE working days.
