Instructions to the Candidates

  1. Read the instructions carefully before you proceed further.
  2. This page will work for those who joined the college of later 2010.
  3. You are requested to complete the students complaint form corrctly.
  4. After submitting the complaints, the page will take you to the payment page. Complete the payment process.
  5. In the Status menu, now you can find the status of your grievances. Once your grievances were redressed, you will get an SMS mentioning that your grievances were redressed, you can come to college to collect the certificate you asked for.
  6. Please upload a 10th or +2 Mark sheet as a proof for correction in name, Date of Birth etc in your Semester or Cumlative Mark Sheets. You should return the old mark sheets when you come to college to collect the corrected certificates.
  7. For the request of Duplicate Semester Mark sheet and Cumulative Mark sheet, you should upload FIR and Non-Traceable Certificate (if it is lost).
  8. If your certificates were damaged, return the damaged Mark sheet when you come to collect your Duplicate Mark sheet.
  9. For the request of the Course Completion Certificate and Transcript Certificate, you should upload an attested copy of the Cumulative Mark sheet. This facility is meant for those who have completed the programe.
  10. For the request of change of photo, give us a latest, formally dressed passport size photograph taken in the studio with white background.
  11. All complaints and requests will be resolved within FIVE working days
